Gardai in Fermoy are investigating the circumstances surrounding ‘very extensive’ damage caused to a car in Araglin.
The car, which suffered mechanical failure, was left overnight last Thursday on a road between the grotto and the hall.
On Friday morning, the extent of damage was revealed with one local describing the car as ‘being absolutely battered’.
