Brideview Drama Tallow did themselves proud in their All-Ireland Final performance on the Dean Crowe stage in Athlone on Thursday night last.
In what was the opening night of the festival, they showcased their production of Brian Friel’s ‘Philadelphia, Here I Come’ to a full house of 460 people. There was a great atmosphere in the auditorium and the production was well received by the audience.
Esteemed adjudicator Imelda McDonagh, stepped onto the stage after the show to give her first adjudication of the week and for the most part it was a positive one.
