A secondary schoolbus, travelling to Fermoy and carrying approximately 45 students, has overturned this morning, Monday, September 14th. The accident occurred in the area of South Cregg, between Ballyhooly and Fermoy.

It is understood several students were transferred to hospital, with a number having been trapped for a period of time, however, initial reports thankfully indicate no serious injuries were sustained.
