A special fashion event is being held on October 17th, at Corrin Event Centre to raise funds for Fermoy Music Society.

Calling all Fermoy fashionistas! In fact stylish people from throughout the region will be interested in a fashion show due to take place on Thursday, October 17 at Corrin Event Centre.

All of the new season's designs from Fermoy's top clothing stores will be previewed at the special event which is being held to raise funds for Fermoy Musical Society.

Showcasing their ranges will be Hickey's ladies and gents fashion, Carma boutique, Style Lounge shoes, Shaws Childrenswear and, showing what's trending in leisurewear this autumn and winter, Cummins Sports.

The event is much more than a fashion show too. Being organised by Fermoy Musical Society, it's to be expected that there'd be some musical interludes. To add to the enjoyment a cabaret will feature, hosted by the inimitable Trevor Ryan.

Local businesses will have trade stands at the event. It's all being offered for just €12. Tickets are available from Musical Society committee members, Hickeys, Patrick Street, Carma Boutique, Fitzgerald Place, the Book Shop, Pearse Square and the Style Lounge, Patrick Street.

Mounting productions of the high standard and lavish scale of this year's show 'Crazy for You' is costly and the Musical Society has no option but to run fundraisers to allow them continue. All support therefore would be much appreciated.
