A story of hope in the wake of family tragedy

The tragic passing of the Hennessy brothers earlier this year occasioned a deep sense of shock in Mitchelstown and beyond.

As the story unfolded, we learned about the lives of 3 men, described as great neighbours, extremely hard workers who enjoyed the simple things in life. 

Like all tragedies, immediate and extended family are left to make sense of what happened while attempting to get on with their own lives.  

Members of the Hennessy family set about the task of raising awareness of mental health issues.
