St Fanahan’s College, Mitchelstown Parents’ Council have experience of hosting cookery demonstrations and they replicated this winning formula on Wednesday, November 18.

The upstairs floor of Farrell’s SuperValu was the venue for an event that attracted a fine crowd.

A cheese and wine reception set the tone for a most enjoyable evening in the company of award winning chef, Kevin Dundon.
