With the all‑new Mazda CX‑6e (Energy consumption combined: 18.9-19.4 kWh/100 km; CO2 emissions combined: 0 g/km, CO2 class: A), Mazda introduces a fully electric mid-size sports utility vehicle that combines electric driving feel with intuitive connectivity, rich standard equipment, and an extensive safety package.
Its rear-mounted electric motor delivers 190 kW (258 PS) and 290 Nm of instant torque to the rear wheels, ensuring confident acceleration and responsive steering feel1. The motor is paired with a 78 kWh LFP battery enabling a range of up to 484 km.2 DC fast charging with up to 200 kW allows the battery to be charged from 10% to 80% in 24 minutes.³
Three Drive Modes let drivers tailor their driving experience to their individual style. Normal Mode is designed for smooth everyday driving. Sport Mode offers more immediate acceleration and firmer steering. Individual Mode allows drivers to configure acceleration, regenerative braking and steering characteristics according to their personal preferences.
Following Mazda’s driver centric approach, the smart cockpit of the CX-6e places all important information in the driver’s field of vision. A large Head-Up Display projects customisable, active driving data, such as speed, navigation guidance, and safety alerts, onto the windscreen.
A wide 26-inch, dual split touchscreen gives the front passenger access to a wide range of information without distracting the driver from the road. The clear menu structure with swipe functionality enables intuitive operation. Central menu functions can be accessed by the buttons on the steering wheel, including four customisable shortcuts.
Voice recognition, available in nine languages, responds to everyday requests like adjusting the temperature, opening the windows, or finding your next destination. Gesture control allows users to quickly select pre-saved routes or play one’s favourite music without touching a button. Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto keep personal apps and media at hand.
Four Vehicle Modes automatically adjust several vehicle functions with one command, conveniently adapting the vehicle status to common situations. Pet Comfort Mode maintains a constant cabin temperature while the driver is temporarily leaving from the vehicle, while Wash Mode turns the automatic wipers off, folds the side mirrors and closes the windows.
A dedicated rear touchscreen enhances passenger comfort by enabling second-row occupants to control climate settings, operate the sunshade and adjust the front passenger seat for additional legroom.
A 23-speaker audio system delivers rich, clear sound to all occupants. Headrest speakers on the front seats enable the driver to have a private phone call or listen to navigation guidance without disturbing passengers, while the front passenger can connect a personal device via Bluetooth and listen to their own music.
The Takumi Plus grade is equipped with digital side and rear-view mirrors. The side mirror cameras provide a 30% wider field of view and enhance visibility in low light and poor weather. The digital rear-view mirror provides rear visibility when loading up to the roof.
The Mazda CX-6e comes with an extensive Advanced Driver Assist System package as standard, including Smart Brake Support (SBS), Blind Spot Monitoring (BSM), Cruising & Traffic Support (CTS), Emergency Lane Keeping (ELK) and Mazda Radar Cruise Control (MRCC)
Child Presence Detection (CPD) detects children in the rear seats and warns the driver not to leave them behind unattended when opening the door. Nine airbags, including a far-side airbag between the front seats, are standard for all grades.
Two apps support the daily use of the Mazda CX-6e. Among other remote functions, the Mazda6e & CX-6e App offers Bluetooth key sharing, allowing drivers to grant digital access to up to three users via their smartphones. The Mazda Charging App provides access to public charging points across Europe and enables payment in the driver’s domestic currency.
With jinba ittai driving feel, state-of-the-art connectivity and an extensive safety package, the all-new Mazda CX-6e will come to European showrooms in the late summer of 2026.4
