Planning permission for the construction of 20 residential units at Mayfield Road, Lismore, has been refused permission by Waterford City and County Council.
The applicant sought the construction of the units to include 8 one-bedroom own-door apartments, 8 two-bedroom own-door apartments, and a terrace of four two-storey three-bedroom houses.
Provision of 29 car parking spaces was also sought, including 22 long-term and 6 visitor bicycle spaces, along with all associated site and development works.
