Cork College of FET Bishopstown Campus has announced a partnership with Cork Airport to launch a management and leadership development programme for Cork Airport employees.

This bespoke programme, co-designed by the Skills to Advance Team at Bishopstown Campus and Cork Airport’s management team, aims to enhance leadership skills within the airport. Key topics include delegation, communication strategies, and conflict management.

Funded by Skills to Advance, a SOLAS initiative, the programme offers subsidised training to help businesses upskill and reskill their employees.
