On Saturday September 12th Tom Blackburn from Galbally, Ger Griffin from Limerick City and Michael Cunningham from Cappamore represented Ireland in the World Masters Mountain Running Championships which were held in North Wales.

All three men who are members of Mooreabbey Milers AC, came back with medals and received a hero’s welcome when they returned to training in Galbally last Thursday night.
