On a cold New Year’s Day, residents of the High Road, Ballyduff Upper along with other concerned locals gathered in solidarity that morning against the proposed route of the Dungarvan to Mallow Greenway.
A few weeks before Christmas, residents allegedly received the news that the Greenway would be passing directly behind their homes.
Brigid McDonagh, a resident of High Road, said that she was ‘very upset’ to hear that her home would be among the properties impacted by the proposed development.
