A planning permission application for the construction of 61 new dwelling units along with all associated ancillary development works at Lisnagar Demense, Rathcormac, has gone before Cork County Council.
Bridgewater Homes, the applicant, also seeks the demolition of an existing on-site dwelling and associated sheds and outhouses for the new development.
Associated site works for the development include pedestrian access, parking, footpaths, drainage and landscaping.
