Full planning permission has been granted by Cork County Council for a development consisting of 45 new houses in Castletownroche, according to local councillor Frank O’Flynn.
The development is to consist of 22 three-bed houses, 15 four-bed detached houses, and 8 two-bed houses and will be located across from the community centre.
According to Cllr O’Flynn, the 8 two-bed houses will be designated for older people in the community.
