Work has begun at the large site at Bishop’s Island in Watergrasshill where 25 new houses are being developed.
The new housing estate will be called ‘The Orchard’ and will consist of 5-beds, 4-beds and 3-bedroom houses some detached, others semi-detached.
‘The Orchard’ is a phased development and Phase One, which is currently under construction, is entirely sold out off-plan and it is expected that the all houses in Phase One will be built and handed over in 2019.
