Christine Fregosi, Rosemary Durant, Linda Nocella and their extended family paid a visit to Grange National School last Friday afternoon to learn more about their grandmother Mary ‘Molly’ O’Regan who attended the school in the early 1900s before travelling to America, never to return.
Christine had travelled to Ireland with her son back in September to try to gather some more information about Molly’s early life.
They had linked her to an address of Sheepwalk East which they put into their sat-nav and they followed the directions all the way down to Grange, Fermoy.
On landing at the destination they decided to visit the nearby Grange National School to see if they might know any more details.
