This year will be the end of an era for the two longest serving teachers at Bunscoil na Toirbhirte.
Catherine Horgan and Margaret-Mary Coughlan have 80 teaching years between them – 79 of them in Bunscoil na Toirbhirte.
Their long association and commitment to the school has been immense over the past four decades, and everyone at the school will miss them very much and wish them the very best as they begin a new chapter in their lives.
