Horse racing is a year round pursuit in Ireland and having been treated to some excellent fare over Christmas, punters were served up a fantastic day's racing in Cork Racecourse, Mallow on Saturday last.
Critical to the success of this meeting is the ongoing sponsorship provided by McCarthy Insurance Group whose association with Cork Racecourse, Mallow is in its 15th year.
