A 21-year old man from Charleville appeared in court charged with being in possession of implements or articles which could be used in connection with a theft, after he was found with two others near an oil depot in Kildorrey just after midnight on Friday last.
The man was taken before Fermoy District Court later the same day. The two young men with him were juveniles and a file is being prepared for the relevant office in connection with their alleged involvement in the incident.
