Mitchelstown Racquetball Club
Congratulations to Tia Coleman and Rachael Mulqueen that represented Mitchelstown in the Junior Racquetball Nationals held in Galway on Saturday, 5th March.
Both girls came through a busy day of very competitive racquetball to make the semi-finals. Rachael had a tuff match in the semi-final and overall got 3rd and brought home a bronze medal.
Tia made the final where she played Sarah Ainsworth (Castlebar). The girls had a great battle where it went all the way to a tie-break game where Tia was just pipped.
Congratulations to both girls, it’s great to see the juniors getting competitive and representing the club.
