While browsing a number of stands, future brides and grooms got a taste of the finer finishing touches which will transform their wedding day into that special day.

Since they first opened The Firgrove Hotel and started doing wedding showcases, Pat and Brenda have seen countless couples celebrate their weddings with them. Brenda said that there is also a strong emphasis on supporting local businesses and more than two thirds of the businesses represented would have been local.

On the day, people browsed around the stands looking at dresses, suits, hats and fascinators, accessories, make-up, treats and sweets and everything in between.

They could also see the civil ceremony room and bridal suite and Brenda said that they are delighted to cater for civil ceremonies and same sex marriages.

Pat added that from the moment a couple first walk into the hotel to meet them, the whole wedding is tailored to meet their needs and make sure that their wedding day is everything they dreamed of and more.

The hotel itself can cater for groups of any size, from 50 to 350 and with the international chefs on the team, they have brought culinary experience from some of the world’s best hotels to the Firgrove Hotel kitchen.
