The Priory Court housing estate in Watergrasshill is to be taken in charge by the County Council.
The matter was raised at the January meeting of the Fermoy Electoral Area Committee on Tuesday. Chairman Frank O’Flynn proposed it be taken in charge and it was seconded by Cllr Noel McCarthy.
