Traffic flow was disrupted in Cappoquin this evening, Thursday February 7th, when a large section of the wall opposite the boathouse in Cappoquin on the N72 collapsed onto the footpath.
It is understood that Waterford County Council staff were quickly on the scene to begin clearing the soil, rocks and debris, while Gardai from Lismore directed traffic.
The incident may cause disruptions until the area effected is cleared and secured.
