A spectacular ‘tree of hope’ has brought seasons greetings and cheer to Kildorrery this Christmas, as the year’s end approaches.
Kerene Gallagher told The Avondhu that it has been a tough year but that there is ‘a lot of expectation for 2021’ in the community.
“The end of the year is upon us and it is natural to reflect on the year that has been and look forward to the year ahead.
“We end the year the same way that we started it; full of hope, ambition and aspirations for the future. These ambitions are more valuable than ever this year.
“At the beginning of the year, the directors of Kildorrery Community Development Association had ambitious plans to improve the facilities that are currently available to the community…”
