As many of you will know, I have been steering The Avondhu since its inception back in November 1978, all of 41 years ago now.
Now that retirement time has come, I am delighted to be able to pass the baton to my two sons Declan and Kevin, who between them have amassed over 50 years experience in the business.
To facilitate this process, Avondhu Press Limited is being placed in voluntary liquidation and, at the same time, the business and the management of The Avondhu will transfer to Declan and Kevin’s new company, Avondhu Publications Ltd (trading as Avondhu Press).
I greatly appreciate the loyalty shown to The Avondhu by readers and customers over the past 41 years and would like to thank you most sincerely for that. As The Avondhu moves into a new era, we as a family, would appreciate and hope for that support to continue into the future.
