Following on from a sold out show at the 3Arena, INDIE22 brings a fantastic addition to an already incredible line-up this summer – game-changers The 2 Johnnies & The Junior B All Stars join headliners Fatboy Slim, Rudimental and Bastille for the return of INDIE to Mitchelstown from July 29-31.
From humble beginnings of publishing relatable Irish small town life sketches and self-released music videos on Facebook and YouTube, the Tipp duo have gone on to produce Ireland’s No.1 podcast, release ten No.1 Irish singles, bring live podcast shows to four continents around the world, produce three TV shows and become the country’s drive time favourites on 2FM.

With limited Sunday and weekend tickets available, legendary UK DJ, Fatboy Slim will play INDIE for the first time, while award-winning Drum & Bass act Rudimental will play their first-ever show in Mitchelstown at the festival. Bastille have already established themselves as firm live favourites at INDIE, having delivered memorable performances in 2013 and 2019.
This summer’s festival features a fantastic Irish card that includes The Scratch, Lyra, Pa Sheehy, Le Boom, Erica Cody, Wild Youth and more; while international acts such as Becky Hill and Iceland’s Dadi Freyr will make their INDIE debuts.
Legendary Irish DJ, Jenny Greene of 2FM is already announced as the main headliner for the new Dance Arena and she will be joined by Tracy Clifford, Fergal Darcy, Stevie G and Dec Pierce’s Block Rockin’ Beats over the weekend, as well as rising stars like Belters Only, Declan McKenna, 49th & Main, and Cork drill artist JRilla.
INDIE22 recently announced the addition of the IMRO stage that will showcase some of Ireland’s brightest talent including Aby Coulibaly, Ailsha, Efé, James Or, Jerry Fish, Kehli, Lavengo, Lorraine Nash, Moncrieff, Pastiche, Shiv, Sophie Doyle Ryder, The Blizzards, and Tolu Makay.
