‘Talking to Teens’, a parenting programme designed for parents of adolescents who are finding their relationship with their teenager challenging, commences in Hospital Family Resource Centre, Co Limerick on Tuesday, 1st October and will continue one day a week for 10 weeks from 10am to 12noon.

The overall aim is to generate awareness of the meaning behind the behavior and develop skills to generate better relationships both between parent and child and the overall family dynamic.

COMPUTER COURSE

Class for beginners on Wednesday evenings - €3 per class, FETAC level 3 Internet & Email.
