A talk on some of the big houses of the Blackwater Valley is to be given in Fermoy. It’s one of a series of talks and events at Fermoy Library being held as part of the ‘Open Door’ initiative, hosted by the Avondhu Blackwater Partnership.
The talk will be given by local historian Christy Roche of Fermoy Field Club. The talk will take place on Thursday next, May 30 at 11am. It’ll last approximately an hour.
