The CBS Primary annual fashion show is a prominent event on the social calendar each year and this year's show on Friday last in The Firgrove Hotel didn't fail to impress.
Guests were greeted with music from students Tomas Keane and Trevor O'Sullivan before enjoying the wine and cheese reception and settling down for the show.
There was a great mix of outfits being modelled from the little tots right up to the parents and grandparents and there was a wonderful variety of day and casual wear, but also outfits for occasions such as weddings, communions, confirmations or days at the races.
This was the 28th year of the show and the Parent's Council, Board of Management, staff and pupils thanked everyone who supported the night, the models, those who ran trade stands and all who supported and sponsored the raffle.
The participating shops included: DF Condon, Two Shoes, Diva Accessories, Ger Hennessy Hat Hire, L'il Bo-tique, Mr Mister, Off the Rails, Style Lounge, The Wardrobe, The Doll's House, Carrie's Closet and Rodari Eyewear.
The models were from Hilary Thompson Model Agency, CBS Primary pupils and staff and some familiar faces from the community. The cheese and wine reception with cheese courtesy of Horgan's Deli Supplies, soft drinks courtesy of M&J Gleeson & Co (Kieran Cotter), water and complimentary muffins were courtesy of the school meals providers - Carambolakidz. There was a draw on door tickets for two fantastic prises kindly sponsored by Rodari Eyewear and McMahon Studios.
