Galbally is well known for its sporting prowess. A prominent nursery for Gaelic football, it also possesses very successful soccer and rugby clubs.
On Sunday last it was the turn of Galbally GAA to host a fun day for all ages in the local community field. While activities centred around Gaelic games, the programme of events also included: face painting, music and even pony rides.
