Škoda Auto has unveiled the highly anticipated Elroq RS, the flagship of its new all-electric compact SUV lineup. Making its global debut at Milan Design Week 2025, the Elroq RS marks a bold step forward in electric mobility, performance, and design, introducing a new benchmark for the RS family and the Škoda brand.
Delivering 250 kW of power (335bhp) through dual electric motors and all-wheel drive, the Elroq RS sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.4 seconds – making it Škoda’s fastest accelerating production model to date. With a high-voltage 84 kWh battery, the Elroq RS offers an impressive electric range of over 550 km (WLTP) and supports DC fast charging up to 185 kW, enabling a 10–80% charge in approximately 26 minutes.
In terms of styling, the Elroq RS introduces the new Modern Solid design language to the RS portfolio. Its high-gloss Tech-Deck Face fits perfectly with the black accents that are a hallmark of Škoda’s most dynamic models.
The all-new Škoda Elroq RS is powered by a 250 kW (335 bhp) dual-motor all-wheel-drive system, delivering the equivalent of approximately 335 bhp. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.4 seconds and reaches a top speed of 180 km/h. Equipped with an 84 kWh high-voltage battery (79 kWh usable), the Elroq RS offers an all-electric range of over 550 kilometres on the WLTP cycle.
Charging is both fast and flexible: at DC fast-charging stations, it supports speeds of up to 185 kW, allowing the battery to charge from 10 to 80 percent in around 26 minutes. For home or AC charging, the vehicle supports up to 11 kW, reaching a full charge in approximately eight hours.
The Škoda Elroq RS introduces the brand’s new Modern Solid design language, featuring the distinctive high-gloss Tech-Deck Face and an integrated LED Light Band for a bold, futuristic look. It comes equipped with LED Matrix beam headlights and dynamic LED rear lights, along with animated Coming/Leaving Home light sequences that add a premium touch. Black exterior accents – on the roof rails, mirror caps, window trim, and RS-specific bumpers – enhance the vehicle’s sporty and assertive presence. Exclusive RS alloy wheels, available in sizes up to 21 inches with Aero trims, further underline its dynamic character.
Inside, the Elroq RS features RS-specific styling, including Suedia upholstery and the option of massage seats for added comfort. Dynamic Chassis Control DCC and tow bar preparation also come as standard, combining performance, practicality, and sleek aesthetics.
