One of the very active ICA groups in the 70s/80s was the Shanballymore group and pictured here is a presentation being made in the mid 80s between group president Cecilia O’Farrell of Grove House (4th from left) and Joan Hyland (formerly of Wallstown).
The picture was sent to us courtesy of Jacqueline O'Farrell on this, the 20th anniversary of her mother Cecilia's death. Jacqueline tells us her mother's happiest days were when she was in the company of her many ICA colleagues.
