Students attached to Colaiste an Chraoibhin, Fermoy PLC Performing Arts & Music Group were in The Village Arts Centre, Kilworth last week for a concert in aid of St Patrick’s Community Hospital, Fermoy.

Students attached to Colaiste an Chraoibhin, Fermoy PLC Performing Arts & Music Group were in The Village Arts Centre, Kilworth last week for a concert in aid of St Patrick's Community Hospital, Fermoy. Those who took part included: Shannon Murphy, Darvy Gwapo Dalumpines, Dermot Murray, Andrew McCarthy, Mandy Kirby, Patrick Barry, James Hayes and Diarmuid Boyle - MC for the event was the group's vocal coach, Enda McCafferty.
A good sized crowd were treated to some fine performances with artists choosing from a repertoire of established classics and original material.

Class co-ordinator, Mark Lyndon, said the event was an opportunity for students to showcase their talents in what he said was a very impressive venue. He went on to thank Liam Howard for making The Village Arts Centre available to the group.
During the interval, refreshments were served and there was also a raffle for some sponsored prizes. Organisers wish to thank the following for their assistance: Duncan O Cleirigh, Aoidean Hickey, The Forge Bar (Fermoy), English's Shop (Conna) and Forever Living (Kilworth).
