Pike Road and surrounding areas of Fermoy saw water outages and traffic disruptions on Monday, December 14 due to valve installation works.
There were several other outages noted also throughout The Avondhu catchment in recent days. Skaghardgannon Terrace and surrounding areas of Doneraile saw issues with water outages and traffic disruptions on Monday 14th, also due to repairs being carried out on a burst water main.
Repairs to a burst water main in Cappoquin saw water outages to the area on Tuesday, December 15, however, works were complete and supply returned by 3pm that same day.
Power outages were also seen on Tuesday 15th near the Cappoquin area in Sheskin, Ballyvoile, Stradbally and surrounding areas, with power restored at 5.02pm.
On Wednesday, December 16th, parts of Mitchelstown saw water outages and traffic disruptions due to repairs being carried out on a burst water main in the area.
