Sarah Lavin and Nhat Nguyen become Fiat Brand Ambassadors, driving a dynamic partnership with Team Ireland

As part of Fiat’s new four-year partnership with The Olympic Federation of Ireland and, Fiat Ireland have signed Sarah Lavin and Nhat Nguyen as Fiat Brand Ambassadors. These exciting collaborations further strengthen Fiat’s dynamic partnership with Team Ireland, reflecting their shared values of performance, dedication, and passion.

John Saunders, Managing Director of Fiat Ireland, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to appoint both Sarah Lavin and Nhat Nguyen as Fiat Brand Ambassadors. Fiat Ireland is dedicated to supporting Irish athletes and both Sarah and Nhat, are the perfect pair to showcase our partnership with The Olympic Federation of Ireland. We are looking forward to working with them and all the success they will have.”

Two-time Olympian, hurdler and new Fiat ambassador, Sarah Lavin, said how she is looking forward to getting on the road with Fiat: “Between training sessions and competitions, I’m constantly on the move. Having the support of Fiat is fantastic and allows me concentrate on performance.”

Sarah will take to the road in the new Fiat 600 Hybrid, recently awarded Irish Compact SUV of the Year 2025 by the Irish Motoring Media Association.

In the lead-up to the 2025 Badminton World Championships, Fiat officially presented the keys of the 500e to two-time Olympian and newly appointed Fiat Brand Ambassador, Nhat Nguyen.

“I am delighted to become a brand ambassador for Fiat Ireland. The Fiat 500e is an iconic car and is perfect for my everyday city driving. It is great to be able to help build on Fiat’s partnership with Team Ireland.”

The Olympic Federation of Ireland and Fiat announced a four-year partnership earlier this year, which will see the iconic Italian car brand become the Official Car Partner of Team Ireland through the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games and the Los Angeles 2028 Summer Olympic Games.

The partnership is focused on supporting athletes’ performance by providing transport solutions to aid training, competition, and day-to-day commitments. Under the agreement, a dedicated fleet of Fiat vehicles will be made available to athletes and sporting National Governing Bodies.

Other Team Ireland athletes currently driving a Fiat car as part this collaboration include Paris 2024 Olympian and Heptathlete, Kate O’Connor, along with former Olympian and Track and Field athlete, Thomas Barr.
