Recruitment business comes to Mitchelstown
The online recruitment business, jobs.ie, has this week moved to Mitchelstown, bringing life back into one of the empty buildings on Upper Cork Street.
The company, which has its head office in Dublin, employs two people in the Mitchelstown premises and they are currently recruiting for a third. See the website for details and application procedures.
This is a welcome boost for both the landscape and employment figures of Mitchelstown and the news has been warmly welcomed by Minister Sean Sherlock and local business people, as well as those across the community.
See next week’s edition of The Avondhu for a full interview.
