After a busy and eventful year, Rathcormac Vintage Club held a very well attended social function in The Rathcormac Inn last Saturday night. Club founders, members, sponsors and supporters from other clubs teamed up for a lovely meal, which was followed by dancing to highly rated east Cork band, 'Hell For Leather'.

The club was anxious to hold the event locally and they were delighted with how they were looked after. The venue, which is under new management, looked really well and patrons were glowing in their praise of the food. With plenty calories on board, it was on to the dance floor in an effort to burn them off. The band gave a couple of great hours' entertainment with a few die hards chanting 'one more song' as the night came to a close.

OPEN FOR MEMBERSHIP

Rathcormac Vintage Club, which continues to do its bit for good causes, is always on the look out for new members and interested individuals should make contact with club officers.

The club is fortunate to have a core group of financial backers who continue to be very supportive. It takes this opportunity to acknowledge their gratitude. Lovers of well oiled machines and open roads, the club urges everyone to be careful while driving over the Christmas season and new year.
