Permission sought for new hotel in Lismore

In what is seen to be a good move for Lismore, planning permission is being sought for the development of a boutique hotel and café at West Street in the town.

The application, being made by Mari Mina Pharmacy Ltd., requests to change the use of office to café on the ground floor and from office to boutique hotel on the first and second floors.

The building, listed as a protected structure, is at present unoccupied. Submissions and observations in relation to the planning application may be made in writing to Waterford City & County Council.
