At this stage Santa's list is starting to take shape - guaranteed to be long, it will no doubt be checked twice, if not three times, before Christmas morning.

Santa and his faithful dogs, Sasha and Yoji, were in Corbett Court, Kilworth last Sunday and it was a hectic day for all concerned. Thanks to Declan Corbett and his staff, Santa's grotto was bright, inviting and beautifully decorated. In keeping with the season of goodwill, entry was free and this most friendly Santa was very patient and understanding, even with very young folk who were a bit 'tired and emotional' - in addition every child got a free gift.

Exceptionally busy at this time of year, Santa wouldn't be able to pull it all together without the assistance of helpers and for this 'all afternoon gig', Ena O'Sullivan was drafted in. The original multi tasker, Ena's considerable input was much appreciated as she smoothed the way for all the little boys and girls before the 'big interview' with Mr. Claus - all in a day's work for the always upbeat Ena, who successfully combines parenting with pharmacy work, event organising and ballroom dancing.

CHRISTMAS TIME IN CORBETT COURT

The Corbett Court, Kilworth continues to be a popular eating destination for early risers, passing motorists and party groups who are exceptionally well looked after. There won't be any let up in the days ahead and Declan and his hardworking team wouldn't want it any other way. For the 'last minute brigade', there's always the option of Corbett Court vouchers, which fit snugly into any Christmas stocking!
