A retail property in Mitchelstown with a reserve of €80,000 will be one of 115 lots that will be offered for sale at public auction by Allsop Space at the RDS in Dublin on 15th October next.

The building houses the XtraVision store on Upper Cork Street, also includes some self-contained unoccupied office space with separate entrance.

The auction will see 115 separate lots offered for sale with combined reserves of €11 million (as distinct from total value, which will emerge in the auction).

Also among a number of properties from Cork city and county are two retail buildings on North Main Street in Youghal town centre with reserves of €65,000 and €190,000; a four bedroom semi-detached house in Charleville with a reserve of €75,000 and two partially complete freehold three bedroom detached bungalows as one property in Tullylease, Charleville with a reserve of €40,000.

The company used the announcement to reaffirm its pledge- in conjunction with several interest groups – not to offer for sale any repossessed family homes at this or any future auction.
