At its meeting last Wednesday (16th), the Government nominated Mitchelstown solicitor Mr Brian O’Callaghan, for appointment to the Circuit Court.
He was a partner in MJ O’Callaghan and Son Solicitors in Mitchelstown from 1982 with his late brother Conor and commenced with a new general legal practice in Galway in December 2009.
