Mike Glennon, Joint Managing Director of Glennon Brothers – the timber processing company that first established roots in Fermoy, Co. Cork, in 1998 – has been appointed Chairperson of Octabuild for the 2025–2026 term.
Mr Glennon said that he is ‘honoured’ to take on the role of Chairperson.
“Collaboration and partnership are at the heart of Octabuild. Throughout my career in the timber and construction industries, I’ve seen the vital role builders merchants play in delivering high-quality building materials to the market. Irish manufacturing is key to this process, providing locally made products to meet demand.
