The Fermoy-based Medina Medical Group are helping organize a forthcoming table quiz in aid of St. Patrick's Community Hospital, Fermoy. The event takes place in Cheers, Fermoy on Thursday, April 18 at 8pm. Quiz format is tables of 4, €30.

Medina Medical Group, who operate out of Fermoy Clinic adjacent to Fermoy Medical Hall, consists of Dr Patrick (Paddy) Burke, Dr Conor McGarry and Dr Elmary Parker.

Dr Burke has a long association with Fermoy Hospital. He has a specialist knowledge of sports injuries and maintains a keen interest in GAA and greyhound racing. Dr McGarry moved to Fermoy in 2002 having worked in general practice in Scotland, away from his busy day job he is a dedicated motorcycle enthusiast.

Dr Parker is a native of Fermoy who worked in Dublin and Australia before joining Dr Burke's practice in 2003. Her medical speciality is women's health and laser hair removal.
