Irish Water have confirmed today (Friday 26th) a long-term solution for the Killavullen Public Water Supply, which remains under a boil water notice.
On May 2 this year, the boil water notice was issued for the Killavullen Supply, and those in the area have been advised that the notice remains in place today.
According to Irish Water, tender documents regarding the building of a pipeline to connect Killavullen to the Mallow Public Water Scheme are being prepared and will issue to the market shortly.
