Aoife Courtney from Glanworth and Sarah Walsh from Kildorrery were among the prize winners at the recent student prize giving awards ceremony at UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science.

More than 40 students and recent graduates received prizes based on the 2017/18 academic session.

Sarah Walsh (Animal Science) was awarded with a PWE Excellence Award which recognises 10 outstanding students with a certificate while Aoife Courtney (Human Nutrition) was one of two students to receive the Grant Thornton PWE Excellence Award.
