Lismore organ restored to its former splendour

Over the years, the organ in St Carthage’s Cathedral, Lismore had fallen into a state of serious disrepair.

Over the years, the organ in St Carthage’s Cathedral, Lismore had fallen into a state of serious disrepair.

An integral part of this imposing Catholic church, parishioners were determined that it be restored to its former glory.

Such an undertaking called for great expertise and O’Donovan Organs of Enniskeane were commissioned to do the work. Under the direction of master organ builder, Padraig O’Donovan the restoration project was a complete success.
