Limerick’s Kevin Stritch and Enda Donnellan will represent Ireland at the Audi Quattro® Cup World Final – the largest amateur golf tournament in the world – in Barcelona this October.

Following a challenging regional qualification round, the pair took the winner’s trophy at the national final of the Audi quattro Cup at the Slieve Russel Golf Club, Co Cavan on 24 August, with a final score of 45 points.

They faced tough competition from a total of 96 golfers in 48 teams.

Raymond Davern and Darragh O’Donnell, also from Limerick, followed in close second with 42 points 25 points back 9, tailed by Waterford’s Ian Pericho and Anthony Daly in third with 42 points 24 points back 9.

Kevin Stritch and Enda Donnellan will travel to Barcelona for the 26th Audi quattro Cup World Final on 6-10 October. 56 teams from all over the world will vie for first place.
