As part of its remit of helping business to access relevant information, the Local Enterprise Office, Cork North and West, hosted an information seminar on CE Marking for Structural Steel and Aluminium Fabricators at the Mallow GAA Complex on Wednesday night, February 4.

The event was attended by more than 60 business representatives, drawn from all over Munster. Mr Michael Hanley, Head of Local Enterprise introduced, Mr Sean Balfe, Director of Sustainability and Building Products at the NSAI who gave a presentation on the impact of the new Regulations and Standards.

The event was one of four such hosted by the Local Enterprise Office Network in various parts of the country.
