Through their inaugural ‘Kildorrery Cycle Challenge’ last month, Kildorrery Cycling Club raised more than €4,000 for Marymount University Hospice in Cork.
Last Thursday members of the club travelled to Cork to make a presentation of a cheque for €4,116 to Anne O’Mahony, a volunteer with Friends of Marymount.
Last year the club managed to raise €6,000 for the St Joseph’s Foundation in Charleville through the Better Life Point to Point Challenge, taking their total fundraising achievements to over €10,000 since 2016.
