An iPod, stolen from a person using the leisure centre in Fermoy on Sunday last, was quickly recovered after the matter was reported to gardai.
Responding to the report of the theft, gardai apprehended a 15-year-old local youth in the vicinity, searched him and recovered the property which was identified by the owner. A file on the matter is being prepared for the DPP.
