There is some extremely exciting news for music fans in Mitchelstown, as INDIE festival director Shane Dunne has promised a ‘small reduction’ in price for locals on tickets.

Speaking with The Avondhu, Mr Dunne confirmed that this Saturday, a pop up shop in Walsh’s Bar will be selling tickets all morning.

The pop up shop is open from 10.30am-12.30pm in the beer garden, deferred from the usual date in October. The much anticipated festival is taking place from July 29th-31st.

“We’re delighted to be back; it’s been way too long since we got to see live music in a field with our friends. The line up is eclectic and one of the strongest we’ve had with a heavy focus on brilliant Irish talent. We’ve got more to add to the bill, while we are also working on making the site the best we’ve had.”
